Lily sees a small rabbit in the forest. The rabbit is brown and white. It looks sad and cannot hop. Its leg is hurt.
"Hello, little rabbit," says Lily. "Are you OK?" Lily gets some carrots for the rabbit. Lily is very careful.
Lily's friend Jack comes to help. "I can help too!" says Jack. They make a small bed with soft grass. The rabbit eats the carrots and rests.
The next day, the rabbit can hop again. It makes happy sounds for Lily and Jack. "We helped the rabbit!" says Lily. Jack smiles. "It feels good to help," he says.
