Captain Pete sees a small parrot on his ship. The parrot is green and red. It looks sad and cannot fly. Its wing is hurt.
"Hello, little parrot," says Captain Pete. "Are you OK?" Captain Pete gets some water for the parrot. Captain Pete is very careful.
Captain Pete's friend Pirate Bella comes to help. "I can help too!" says Bella. They make a small nest with soft cloth. The parrot drinks the water and rests.
The next day, the parrot can fly again. It squawks a happy song for Pete and Bella. "We helped the parrot!" says Captain Pete. Bella smiles. "It feels good to help," she says.
